How to use

Mask is designed to calm the eye contour while the mind is guided by a relaxation podcast with Iyengar Yoga Professor Arnaud Caby, accessed by following the QR code on the packaging.

Step 1: Apply pressure to the lotion capsule until the compressed mask is fully infused and remove the outer packaging.

Step 2: Lie down in a comfortable position and apply to closed eyes. Relax for 10 minutes while listening to relaxation podcast.

Step 3: Remove the mask and lightly tap skin with ring finger to help remaining product absorb.
